Scent Ability

Is there a spell that gives the Scent ability? I have an urban tracker/bodyguard type that I would love to give the Scent ability to, but other than a few Prestige Classes that require a lot more commitment than I want to give, I can't really find a way. There must be a spell out there, I'm sure of it. But I can't seem to find it.

Thanks for your help!

A feat in Dragon gave it as gift to a master of a snake or rat familiar. IIRC a feat in Complete Adventurer gives it to a wildshaper at the expense of a wild shape use.

Find a feat from which a spell was created and create your own spell. My recommendation would be perhaps a 2nd or 3rd level druid spell, set duration (1hr/lvl perhaps), and just remark "per the ability Scent."
