Beware of Greeks bearing gifts

Also, could anyone point me in the direction of any resources I could use to give the game a more Ancient Greek feel?

I have the Pantheon from Deities and Demigods.
I'm looking for weapons, armour, gear, maybe even supplementry races, classes or prestige classes.

Weapons and Armor for the time period can be found in the Arms & Equipment Guide. For races you got your. . . what, satyrs? centaurs? minotaurs? I think that covers ya. Make it a fairly nautical-oriented game too, Greeks and their boats, y'know.

Might try "From Stone to Steel" from MonkeyGod Enterprises. Over a year's worth of research went into this thing, and it's a far better resource--IMO, of course--than WotC's "Arms and Equipment Guide."

Only briefly looked at the 'Arms and Equipment Guide', but I didn't like what I saw. Even the guy at the shop admitted it was pretty crap.

If you can get your hands on it, there's some excellent stuff in GURPS Greece, and also the old 2nd ed book Age of Heroes. That'll give you decent stuff on weapons, armor and gear, at the least; the kits that AoH provides can be used as a basis for prestige classes...

You'll probably want to work with a lot of the Fey races; nymphs, driads, pixies, mermaids, etc. as well as a few of the previously mentioned monstrous humanoids.

Well... try looking at literature, history, and mythology.

They love the stars and the stories. Try looking at those.

You've also got the greek gods, check out their stories.

There's the general stories of Hercules and such... so try reading the Oddysee and the Illiad (yes, I know they're long and hard to understand, so you might try picking up an easier version than the original.)

There's hundreds of mythology books, that will give you plenty of races, and maybe even some ideas for class.

Check out the history, might give you some ideas for setting's and possible story lines. You'll also find the weapons and armor will be in the history.

But for specifics on the arms and armor check out any book about arms and armor, they do have books made specifically about the arms and armor throughout history and where it originated and what types of soldiers used them.

And then there's your general role playing guides that have your basic stuff.
