New spell... Viability...?

Thankyou for all your advice... In my games, some of your ideas will be more than helpful... For my own Druid, I devised this little beauty...

EXTRACT POISON
Transmutation
Level: Asn 2, Brd 2, Clr 2, Drd 2, Sor/Wiz 2
Components: V,S,F
Casting Time: 1 Minute
Range: Touch
Effect: 1D3 doses of Poison

The caster infuses a poisonous plant/creature/substance with energy and creates 1D3 doses of poison, which can be stored in phials and used at a later time. The type of poison extracted depends on the focus.
FOCUS: The poisonous plant, dead creature, or substance.

Some of you may be thinking about the assloads of gold pieces to be made from this spell... I point to the 2nd level Druid spell- Wood Shape, which can be used to make masterwork quality weapons and shields, and can even be used (at later levels) to create siege weapons with only a %30 chance of the weapon not working... Not to mention, that it can be quite difficult to sell poison in most good aligned cities...

Your opinions are appreciated...

A couple of questions...

Hello folks, first post with a couple of questions:

1. I'm playing a Truenamer in one campaign that I'm involved in (the first character I've ever min/maxed from the start, as the Truespeak checks necessitate it) and I can't for the life of me find what the formula is for the Truespeak DC for utterances in the Lexicon of the Perfected Map. The only thing I can find is that the DC for nonmagical objects is 25. Anyone care to enlighten me? (I'm probably skipping over a random paragraph somewhere)

<EDIT>
Found it:
Q: I cannot find what the Truespeak DC is to "cast" an utterance from the Lexicon of the Perfected Map (from Tome of Magic). The Truename rules seem to give DCs for monsters (CR), PCs (HD), and objects (caster level or a straight DC 25 for nonmagical objects). But utterances from the Lexicon of the Perfected Map are cast upon places, and I could not find anywhere that is explains the DC to Truespeak the truename of a place.

A: This very issue was recently added to the Tome of Magic errata, which states:

Page 195: Speaking a Truename

Insert the following bullet point after the first three on the page.

To speak an area’s truename (using the Lexicon of the Perfected Map), you must succeed on a Truespeak check with a DC equal to 25 + 5 per level of the utterance. If the area is a magical location, increase the DC by an additional 5.
</EDIT>

2. In another campaign, I ran into the need to make a copy of a book. I could have sworn I saw a spell that copied a whole book in one cast (or close to it.) The only thing I found is a crappy low level spell that scribes 250 words/level or somewhere thereabouts, but that is not the one I'm looking for. I'm looking for one that will just copy a book, plain and simple. Am I crazy, or does this spell actually exist? (well, there's always writing my own spell to do it, but then I wouldn't be able to decide what level to make it, etc. Some crafty wizard out there has to have made something to copy a book)

Thanks!
