bitch
I have Complete Warrior, and I find some of it good, some of it bad. For the $15 I paid to get it at a used book store, not bad.

Complete Divine, Complete Arcane, Complete Adventurer. Are they worth it? Are they just as good, better, or worse than Complete Warrior?

It really depends on what kind of character you play. I tend to play some kind of combat orrientated characters so I'm usually into Warrior. I've looked through the others, and like Divine the least (but that's probably because I don't play divine spell-casters).

I thought Adventurer looked awesome mostly based on the new Feats it has (which are helpful for whatever). It also seemed to be better as a book of example prestige classes. Many of Adventurer's classes come in pairs, being two different jobs in the same guild or group. Since a bunch of them are so specific, I don't think I'd be able to fit them as is into a campaign. But they are nice models for types if you want to design your own prestige classes.

I thought Arcane had some neat Feats in it (namely the stuff that gives you minor spell-casting abilities as 1st level), and there's one bardic PrC I'm totally in love with :p But that's because I play bards. So really it depends on what you need and are interested in into how helpful the books are. They all come with helpful information for something.
