Ok, I'm running a very odd group in my current campaign; the latest addition is a psuedo-dragon cleric. The rest of the group had a magic item or two each when they started, and I would like to give the cleric something too:

the problem is what?
Suggestions welcome.

It'd be really helpful to have more information. What level is he? What level is the rest of the party? What did they recieve as magic items? What race is he, exactly (is he a half dragon)?

If he's 8 levels or higher, you could be nice and give him one of those minidragons, the name of which I'm forgetting.

He is one of those minidragons, they're called pseudodragons.

Magical armor? Clerics love their armor. ^_^ Or maybe a really nice flail.

...I'm really rather painfully tempted to say 'a wizard as a familiar'.

However, I offer the following:
An enchanted necklace, to boost AC.
A special holy symbol, perhaps granting a specific 0-level spell extra castings, or which can be included in a spell casting to invoke a metamagic feat.
A tailmace, enchanted of course.

do you have oriental adventures? give him ratling tail spikes +1.
