Gonzo Dagger
So i'm flipping through the Forgotten Realms CS book and I see the map for the Waterdeep - Desert area. In The High Forest I see "The Nameless Dungeon"

There isn't much in the book on this place, so I was wondering if anyone had new/old information on this place? old books? pdf files? stuff online?

Any help would be appreciated. Looks like a good place to stash away some growing evil :)

I don't think you need any info. on it. Go right ahead and stash some evil!

I'd just like to know if there is any documented history on it yet other than the little passage on it in the FRCS.

Been looking at other places since...

It's so generically named, it may be just a good starting point for a DM. I'm not sure though; good luck on your search!

I understand, no worries! Hope you find something

According to the North Boxed Set, the Nameless Dungeon was once an Elven Citadel of Earlann. However, with the fall of that nation, it quickly fell into ruin. The remaining elves of the High Forest and Evereska protect the ruin from adventurers, and only a few adventuring parties have ever made it into the city and returned with anything worthwhile. It is believed that many riches lie inside, otherwise, why would the elves be guarding it?

It'd be funny if there were no riches.

Yes. Yes it is. We were using a small outpost town called "Duvik's Pass" (taken from some level 1 adv. that was...I think...from the wizards page). We placed it just NE of ...um...Citadel Adbar or whatever its called. From Silverymoon its to the east (along the road) then north. We made a trail up to Duviks Pass...which is close to the top of the map there.

Small mining town nothing special...except the strange shit that always happens there, the red wizard enclave (thank you FRCS for an easy layout and map) and so on.

If you've read my rants and problems with the current DM, you'll know that we're sick of his shit and we're giving him the boot and i'm (sigh...I rather play) taking over Dm'ing and returning the party to the realms. Another thing about that DM was he knows his shit about Greyhawk and would go on about something that none of us would be concerned about in Greyhawk and he'd think that it was fundemental to know. ...heh. I think i'll stop before I rant until July. :)

I get to do the DM thing for my group, and right now they are orc hunting around Dead Orc Pass. As far as the Nameless Dungeon look on pages 28-29 in the Silver Marches book.
