Drow Whaat?

I just read on the Wizards site that in Eberron drow only have a +1 LA.  What?  Did they change them or did they just rethink the LA?  Is this info in PGE, Races of Eberron, where?    Or is this something new?

Their example Drow character shows that(as far as I could see with a quick glance)[p78 RoE], but there doesn't actually seem to be any info explaining where there's a difference; in Races, PGE, ECS, Sharn.

Which Wizards article? There was a recent one that said drows were CR +1, but that doesn't have anything to do with LA.

The one about the Children of Vulkoor card for RPGA

Looks like a typo to me. I'll take whatever is written in the Monster Manual over some random article, that's for sure. Especially if said article refers the readers to it.

I have the Children of Vulkoor card in my possession. It does indeed say LA +1 and even explains it as such.

Now, keep in mind- this is just a card that "unlocks" the race for the Living Eberron Campaign, which has a 'set' level (All Living Eberron characters are created at the current level kick- which is 7th level). It doesn't have anything to do with anything outside of the Eberron Living campaign. It just allows the cardholder to play a Drow (at LA+1) in Living Eberron.
