Where can I find a complete spell list on line from every D&D book. Also where can I find a list of classes and prestige classes. I'm looking for Healer and Sorcerer prestige classes

The spell conpendium has all the spells.

I thought it had all the non-PHB spells. You can always check d20srd.org for a ton of open source material. (Thanks Al)

Your right it is just the non-phb spells but they are 3.5

Does it have all the spells from all 3.5 WOTC products to date? I was under the impression that it contained many spells but not *all* spells.

To the OP: try google. You're unlikely to get a complete listing, however - it's a major pain to try to keep up with all books in such a listing.

You're welcome to start such a project, but a listing of classes isn't very helpful to anyone who doesn't have the books where the classes appear - you're not legally permitted to reprint enough information to accomplish that.

Why do you want complete lists of spells and classes, anyway?

it's missing a few. i believe both exalted deeds and vile darkness due to content issues.

there may be a few more, but i cannot recall.

it has the majority.

maybe he doesn't want to buy $200 worth of books just to roll up one character?

Maybe he should buy the books if he's going to use material from them.

Wizards' website has a list of all the classes and prestige classes, and references what book they came out of.

Those lists are broken up piecemeal, though, aren't they?

Nay, they have master lists.

I think one for the classes and one for the prestige classes.

I think this might be what you're looking for...

Wizards.com Spell index

(if not try the SRD or the Spell Compendium)

http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/rules/DnD3.5Index-Spell-Summaries-byName.pdf

is pretty complete. Core books, the Complete Series, the Races series, and Forgotten Realms and Eberron stuff.

http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/ is the base site, which also has classes and prestige classes, as well as magical items.

Everything you will ever ever need. This is a beautiful site and I love it to death. (And I still support WotC financially by buying the Complete books, so yeah.) ;-)
